Find free pregnancy help near you
If you're pregnant and not sure what to do, you don't have to figure it out alone. Pregnancy centers near you offer free, confidential help, whatever you're leaning toward.
What these pages are: we connect people with local centers that support continuing a pregnancy. We don't provide abortions or refer for them, and neither do the centers we list. More about us.

We're starting in Michigan and adding more states over time.

What a pregnancy center can help with
- A free pregnancy test, and at many centers a free ultrasound to confirm how far along you are
- A calm place to talk through your situation, with no cost and no pressure
- Diapers, wipes, car seats, clothes and other baby items
- Help finding money for rent, food, medical care and childcare, including WIC and Medicaid
- Honest information about adoption, including open adoption
Not every center offers every service, and not all centers have medical staff. When you call, ask what they offer and who you'll see.
Common questions
What is a pregnancy resource center?
A pregnancy resource center (also called a pregnancy help center or pregnancy care center) is a local nonprofit that offers free support to people who are pregnant: pregnancy tests, often ultrasounds, baby items, parenting classes and help finding resources. Most are run by churches or Christian charities. They don't provide or refer for abortions.
Are pregnancy centers medical clinics?
Some are. Centers that offer ultrasounds usually have a licensed nurse or sonographer and a supervising doctor. Others offer non-medical support only. A pregnancy center isn't a replacement for prenatal care with a doctor or midwife, and a good center will help you find one.
Do I need insurance or an appointment?
No insurance is needed. Many centers take walk-ins, but calling ahead means someone will be ready for you.
